DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking your appointment. The deposit is deducted from the cost of your services, and the balance is due at the time of the appointment.

Deposits are $20 for most services (for services that require longer processing time, the deposit may be more) and is payable when booking appointments.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require 48 hours advance notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling. For same day cancellations or cancels without a 48 hours notice, the client will forfeit their deposit and must pay 50% of their appointment cost.  Cancellations for consultations, your deposit is forfeited.  For rescheduling, client will have one opportunity to reschedule their appointment within the same month if 48 hour notice was given.  If the client does not reschedule within the time frame, a new appointment must be scheduled and a new deposit must be paid.

LATENESS
Please call as soon as possible if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment. After 30 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and fees assessed.(please refer to our cancellation policy above).   Your appointment time will be charged from the beginning of the appointment time slot if your service is an hourly rated service.

CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are a good opportunity to learn about services, get questions answered about specific styles, color, and learn more about going natural with treatments. The consultation fee is $20, and can be applied to a service when booked at the consultation.

BEFORE & AFTER HOURS SERVICE
Special circumstances that require a before or after business hours service will be charged up to 40.00 over the service price.

ATMOSPHERE
We like to make your time in the salon a relaxing one. Please refrain from bringing children or additional guests with you unless they are also being serviced.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards.

By booking this visit with Styles and Designs By Tie, you give are giving permission to keep your card on file.

By booking this appointment, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% NON REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE CREDITED of the scheduled value should you miss your appointment without proper notification.
