Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment.

• Most services require a $20 deposit
• The deposit is applied toward your final service cost
• Deposits are required to secure your appointment time

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price
• Clients may reschedule within the same 48-hour window when proper notice is given

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling
• After 30 minutes, the appointment will be automatically canceled
• Late arrivals may still be responsible for the scheduled service fee

Consultations

Consultations are available for clients interested in discussing:

• Color services
• Keratin treatments
• Style changes
• Natural hair transitions

Consultations are $25 and may be applied toward your service if booked.

Before or After Hours Appointments

Appointments scheduled outside normal salon hours may incur an additional $40 service fee.

Salon Environment

To maintain a relaxing one-on-one experience:

• Please do not bring additional guests
• Children should not accompany appointments unless they are being serviced

Card on File Authorization

By booking an appointment with Styles & Designs by Tie, you authorize us to keep a card on file.

No-shows or missed appointments without proper notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
